You’ll be instrumental in the operations of the firm, with a heavy emphasis on purchasing, scheduling, shipping/receiving, HR, recruitment, and strategic management.
IT Best Practices Analyst
As a Best Practices Analyst, you’ll be part of a team that’s redefining the industry landscape. You’ll work directly under the Best Practices Manager and will fulfill a critical and proactive role for SpotLink and our customers. You’ll routinely review environments, devices, and networks to make certain they conform to a set of IT best practices. By identifying and correcting lapses in best practices, SpotLink can provide higher reliability and lower support needs to its varied clients.
Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist will act as an ambassador to prospective clients, reaching out to new prospects, communicating the services and results SpotLink can deliver, and scheduling first-time appointments with the sales manager, as well as sometimes attending those appointments. This Inside Sales Specialist will be persistent, organized, driven and consistently follow up with prospects.
