Project Administrator
Project Administrators will design, plan, coordinate, implement and verify new IT project deployments for our clients, upgrade legacy systems to modern technology, be knowledge group experts, and be an escalation point for more junior members of the project and support teams.
Support Manager
The Support Manager will provide team leadership and act as the escalation point within the support department for both office locations. Our Support Manager is key to maintaining our award-winning support department and our +97% excellent rating with our clients
Sales Specialist
Sales Specialists will act as an ambassador to perspective clients, reaching out to those new prospects, communicating the services and results we can deliver, and schedule and attend first-time appointments. This person will be persistent, organized, driven and will consistently follow up as warranted. They will maintain our prospect database, organize new leads, and propose new and innovative approaches to reaching prospects. This person will work well in a self-managed, self-directed environment, but should be prepared to thoughtfully and succinctly share ideas, progress and results with the CEO and team.
