Robert Hood is the CEO & Founder of SpotLink® with over 40-years of high technology engineering and management experience. His passion is providing business enhancing technology solutions to clients, with impeccable customer services, support, and integrity. After spending several formative years with an award-winning customer service organization, he went on to work in software engineering and product management, then began delivering highly effective IT services to SMB clients.

His software and IT experience covers Windows, Unix/Linux, and Macintosh, delivering customized as well as productized software, and designing multi-site and high-availability business systems. He specializes in understanding the client’s business needs, then designing systems that increases the profitability by improving productivity, reliability and security, while also minimizing the total-cost-of-ownership. Robert has a BS in Physics with a Minor in Economics from Harvey Mudd College, and an MBA in Management from San Diego State University where his Master’s Thesis was on an innovative management approach.

Senior Administrator

Kamel Dada serves as the Senior Administrator at SpotLink, located in London, England. With nearly 20 years of experience in the IT sector, he specializes in managing and optimizing environments that operate on both Linux and Windows across multiple sites. Kamel also possesses significant expertise in deploying and maintaining cloud solutions utilizing AWS and Azure platforms. His deep knowledge in virtualization, network management, cloud infrastructure, and automation greatly enhances our company’s capabilities. Kamel holds a  Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Computer Science from the American University in Beirut.

Vince Castellano is SpotLink’s® Director of Technology Services. He has been in the IT industry for over 22 years, and software development for over 19 years. He is proficient in Python, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript programming languages. He also has experience with Java, Ruby, and Visual Basic. He graduated from National University and earned his B.S. in Computer Science.

Kyle Holman is a Project Specialist for Spotlink®. He is currently pursuing a degree in computer science and a degree in mathematics.

Accounting Supervisor

Mark Hashim is an Accounting Supervisor for Spotlink® and joined June 2019. Prior to Spotlink®, he worked for the Qualcomm Corporate Finance and Accounting team. He’s an active California CPA and gained experience in public accounting. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis Accounting from the University of Vermont.

Systems Technician I

Joshua Micheletti is an IT Technician for SpotLink®. With a background that spans technical support, network infrastructure, and business leadership, he brings a well-rounded approach to client service and technology solutions. Prior to joining SpotLink®, he owned and operated an IT services company for more than a decade, delivering consulting, repair, and support services to businesses and individuals. His experience also includes maintaining NOC operations for critical PSAP/911 communications circuits and network infrastructure in demanding environments. In addition, he served as a Campus Director and held technology leadership roles in the retail sector for over 10 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Apollos University.
