Robert Hood

CEO & Founder
CERTIFICATIONS:
MCP, MCTS, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE

Robert Hood is the CEO & Founder of SpotLink® with over 35-years of high technology engineering and management experience. His passion is providing business enhancing technology solutions to clients, with impeccable customer services, support, and integrity. After spending several formative years with an award-winning customer service organization, he went on to work in software engineering and product management, then began delivering highly effective IT services to SMB clients.

His software and IT experience covers Windows, Unix/Linux, and Macintosh, delivering customized as well as productized software, and designing multi-site and high-availability business systems. He specializes in understanding the clients business needs, then designing systems that increases the profitability by improving productivity, reliability and security, while also minimizing the total-cost-of-ownership. Robert has a BS in Physics with a Minor in Economics from Harvey Mudd College, and an MBA in Management from San Diego State University where his Master’s Thesis was on an innovative management approach.

John Wallace

Desktop Technician II
CERTIFICATIONS:
CompTIA A+, Network+

John Wallace is a desktop technician for Spotlink®. He has previous experience as an Audio Visual technician in the greater San Diego area for the past 7 years. He holds both CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.

Zach Flesher

Senior Support Specialist

Zach Flesher is a desktop technician for Spotlink®. He has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He currently holds his Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTia A+, and CompTia IT Fundamentals certifications.

John Kurdziel

Network Specialist II
CERTIFICATIONS:
CCNA, CompTIA Security+

John Kurdziel is a network specialist at SpotLink®. He has over 20 years of experience in IT including network administration and support of web and data security solutions. John is studying computer science and enjoys working on projects for automating infrastructure deployment and security response in Azure and AWS platforms.

Carlos Cobarrubias

Technician I

Carlos Cobarrubias is a Technician I for SpotLink. He is actively pursuing an A.S. degree in Cybersecurity at San Diego City College focusing his studies on network security and penetration testing. Carlos also has hands-on experience in setting up and configuring full solution environments for small businesses.

Vince Castellano

Sr. Director of Technology Services
CERTIFICATIONS:
AWS SAP, MCP, MCSA

Vince Castellano is SpotLink’s® Director of Technology Services. He has been in the IT industry for over 18 years, and software development for over 15 years. He is proficient in Python, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript programming languages. He also has experience with Java, Ruby, and Visual Basic. He graduated from National University and earned his B.S. in Computer Science.

Kyle Holman

Specialist II
CERTIFICATIONS:
MDAA

Kyle Holman is a Project Specialist for Spotlink®. He is currently pursuing a degree in computer science and a degree in mathematics.

Mark Hashim

Accounting Supervisor

Mark Hashim is an Accounting Supervisor for Spotlink® and joined June 2019. Prior to Spotlink®, he worked for the Qualcomm Corporate Finance and Accounting team. He’s an active California CPA and gained experience in public accounting. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis Accounting from the University of Vermont.

Mike Nottoli

Sales & Marketing Manager

Mike Nottoli is the Sales and Marketing Manager at SpotLink®. He manages the company’s marketing and sales initiatives, bringing new clients into the SpotLink® family. Mike has over 30 years of experience developing long-term, mutually beneficial programs, campaigns, and relationships between B2B, B2C, SMB, SME and Enterprise technology companies in multiple industries on both the agency and client sides.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Jared Goldstein

Senior Systems Specialist
CERTIFICATIONS:
MDAA

Jared Goldstein is a Senior System Specialist for Spotlink®, specializing in end-user-support. He has over 10 years of experience supporting a variety of small and medium business in the San Diego area. Jared completed courses in Computer Networking at MiraCosta College from 2007-2009.

David Brindley

Systems Administrator II
CERTIFICATIONS:
MCSA, MCP, FOA

David Brindley is a Systems Administrator I for SpotLink®. Before joining the team, David was working as a desktop support technician for the U.S. Army. There he provided technical support for several hundred users. He is currently studying Psychology and Computer Science at Grossmont-Cuyamaca College.

Paul Boundy

Senior Administrator

Paul is a Senior Administrator based out of London, England – Paul has 15 years of IT experience, started working for a small London based MSP in 2007 and then moved over into the Hotel IT industry, where he was managing 3 hotel properties and has been there for the last 10 years. Experienced in many technologies and hoping to bring some value to Spotlink® and the Spotlink® team.

Michael Craig

Operations Manager

Michael Craig is SpotLink’s® Manager of Operations. Prior to joining the team, he spent 34 years in the Brewing and Hospitality industry.  He graduated from National University with an MBA in Organizational Leadership.
